A living network for the transition from human-operated to agent-operated organizations.
A living network and operating system for the transition from human-operated organizations toward increasingly autonomous, agent-operated organizations.
Working hypothesis: AI can perform a growing share of economically valuable human activity. The opportunity is the infrastructure where humans, agents, spaces and organizations coordinate, create value, transact and progressively automate themselves.
AGIHub has four roles:
| Role | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Network | Where the transition is visible, per organization and project |
| AI Software Factory | Builds the agents and workflows that enable it |
| Marketplace / economic layer | Captures value through subscriptions, usage, outcomes, transactions |
| Customer zero | AGIHub automates itself first and publishes the measurements |
| Document | Contents |
|---|---|
| Strategic model | Primitives, architecture loop, three engines, automation ladder, AGI Index |
| Growth engine | Go-to-market loop, claim mechanic, first experiment, funnel metrics |
| Monetization | Network effects, marketplaces, revenue stack, pricing hypotheses |
| Open questions | Undecided items and next steps |
Status: v0.1, derived from a brainstorm session on 2026-10-02. All numbers are hypotheses.
